lol cool something u can play with and experiment away reply back and ask whats his template so u can find out is weapon certs andhis speed cap, and how much he can spend on it - i.e. 30k - find him a nym +20 dmg or more get a krayt tissue etc, also find out if he uses it buffed or unbuffed - seriously i would love mails like this lol
might be worth going for a krayt laser rifle with handcrafted stock (if that shows)

because the writer of that email is misusing prepositions, i would agree this person is not a native english speaker...so yes some patience is in order
reply with another email, perhaps with just questions they can follow so he can be as specific as possible. i'm thinking /tells would be very hard for this person to follow and still get you usable information. good luck.

Sure beats the tells I get for "teh ub0r scythe/DE-10/VK/etc"
At least this person seems to be trying to use a second language properly, rather than just abusing the crap out of his/her first language...and some German to boot.
And frankly...seems somewhat helpful. Best max damage he can get, the rest doesn't matter...sounds like he wants to snipe with a laser rifle... I'd just check if he was a rifleman to set him up with a T21 instead.
Now when you log in to find an e-mail asking you for "the best weapon to kill jedis"...no mention of template or anything else, and the reply to your question of what skills they use is "I just want the best weapon to hunt the dark jedis. I'm almost master marksman."...THAT is all kinds of post-worthy.
i replied to him in the 4 different languages i speak
hoping one of them was good for him (which it was german)Turns out he just wanted a beserker rifle
so i gave him one of my gorax ones from my vendor
