T-21 11 tissues (1 for the power handler schematic and 10 factory made power handlers)
Laser 4 tissues (1 for the power handler schematic and 3 factory made power handlers)
Dxr6b 6 tissues (1 for the power handler schematic and 5 factory made power handlers)

If you get a set of nine tissues you can make both laser and dxr power handlers with just 1 schematic saving you a tissue.
