Thread: something that helios wrote brings me to this question about PuPs

They'll have to be converted. Not only are the powerups available now totally imbalanced with respect to what will be available post CU, the old PuPs don't even exist any more. They have been replaced entirely with the non-random ones that Helios mentioned.


If they were left in the game, and just had their stats adjusted, they would still be PuPs that provide benefits to multiple stats without any costs. Also, it's likely that even if this wasn't a problem, that the backend information necessary to build such items has been replaced as well. So we'd get the same situation we had after the FWG5 schematic was changed in which items could no longer be taken from their crates.
