You find them in the developer's garbage can. Actually, it'll be buried deep in the landfill by now.
It seems that way back before SWG even went live, Commandos were going to make their own explosives and enhancements. That responsibility was shifter to the Weaponsmiths, and the enhancements were promptly forgotten about. Therefore the only grenade enhancements currently in the game are kliknik glands (minor stats) and Acklay venom (nice stats) and they only go in Glop, Cryoban grenades, or one of the C22 enhancement slots. All other enhancement slots you may see on grenades are useless, and have been ever since launch, and even survived the CU!
I hear the Commandos are going to get some love soon. Perhaps this issue will be addressed also? But then, pigs may also fly

Blixtev mentioned in the Commando Forums that they haven't been scheduled for anything, and the amount of love needed to fix them both on crafting side to get these suckers much easier to stack, and in higher charges as well as on the combat side with better damages/states/timers...is a BIG thing for one guy like Helios_SOE to tackle...I'd say the latter statement.
We'll probably see fixes to bugs associated with them like the AoE @ your feet, and the CU-generated bug of if you dont have a weapon equiped you'll do roughly 50-150 damage. More than that...it's going to require some major reworking. I'll be pleasantly surprised if Helios can pull it off though...
Such a change would, in my opinion, really help out both professions since grenades would be useful and economically sound enough to buy in larger quantities.
