can i start by saying this is probly wrong place to post but cant find any being sold on trade board

can anyone make me a top spec t21 with near capped on damage and speed and low sac

and low price (worth a try)

if so let me know rough price and stats and will hook up in game

You are correct, this is the wrong board to post reuests like this, you should try posting on your Servers Trade forum or find the list of Weaponsmith by server in the stickies and contact one of the WS listedunder your server

Best bet would be to do a global vendor searchfrom the bazaar terminal.

Most unused function of the game, that can save you a lot of time and effort.
