How many WS's actually use the post CU crafted Stocks and Scopes? I tried using them but when i experiment on speed to get rid of it all, the lowest i get on advanced stocks is 0.07999 speed and on Scopes i get 0.058Speed... so anyway, does anyone still use these or are these just 2 other draft schematics that are useless?

Yes, I use post CU scopes and stocks. I can experiment the scopes to .003 Speed (basically zero), and +10 accuracy. The stocks I can get down to .04 or .05 Speed(forget exactly--with better resources I'm sure I could get the speed down much lower) with -13 SAC. I put scopes and stocks on every weapon that will take them. Pre-cu scopes and stocks are still much better, but I don't have a lot of those left.

I found 2 schems that work of pre-cu scopes 
and also about 800 pre-cu stocks. I'll be using them sparingly but for now I'm sticking to pre-cu components.
