Thread: How goes the search for Weaponsmith Correspondent?
Well if you have your mind on other things, don't invite applications.
I don't think that's the case and I'm sure they have a timescale in place... just we don't know what it is ![]()
- Pre CU Stocks adding to damage
- Quest rewards weapons are finished versions instead of lootschematics (thus destroyig parst of the WS marked)
- DE-10, Scythe, Executioners hacks and other expensive weapons being void
That is just some of my biggest issues atm and Im sure the WS community would be able to add to them
Id very much like us to compile a list of the greates issues post CU perhaps we should just stat one and then let the Correspondent take over from there when he/she is choosen? Think Im gonna start a thread with assigned to that ![]()

Yeah well Im actually beginning to consider applying myself as it seems noone is interested in the position. Or perhaps the devs are to busy with the CU + ROTW aftermatch
Its pretty important to get a correspondent soon as we have so many issues that needs to be presented to the devs.

While this is possible, I do think that it is somewhat due to a lack of applicants (or a matter of qualified applicants not passing their account check process, whatever that entails). I saw some very qualified people post earlier stating that they hadn't applied because they weren't sure they were going to stick with the profession or the game.
I'll say the same thing I said in my resignation post: If you think you have something to contribute to the future of the WS profession, then please apply. But go into the situation with your eyes open, realizing that you are not going to be able to make things happen. It is possible that what's broken today will still be broken when your term as Correspondent (6 months) is up. I would hope that not to be the case, but my experience with the game has shown that it happens.
