I'm not a WS but i'm on the bria server with a set of 4 198dmg tissues and a set of 7 90's with -.75spd.

I was wondering can a T21 and Adv Laser Rifle be made with these?

How many power handlers are required in each weapon, or should I say how many tissues are needed.

PS- if anyone wants to help me out making these weapons I can supply more tissues for their troubles. I'm only looking for 12pt WS. Sorry to the otehr guys

Adv. Laser requires 4 tissues (3 ABPH) and the T21 requires 6 tissues (5 APBH). From the resources my server has, and only the MEASLY 11 points I have... they both hit around the same mark on damage and speed. My suggestion is use the 4 with 198 damage to get yourself a really nice Adv. Laser Rifle.

Yep, I agree. I used four +132 damage tissues to make an advanced laser rifle the other day, and got it up to 359 base dps unsliced and without powerup. Awesome weapon in the hands of a rifleman.

Wow I have 7 110's spd 0.57 tissues. Im Master BH and Master Rifleman and was thinking of selling these but now I think I will have weapons made. Thanks for this post.

The set of 198 will cap your max damage so make sure your WS doesn't dump 8 points right off the bat into damage.

I was able to cap max damage on a laser rifle today... clicky.
