Thread: DPS vs SAC
I'm willing to bet.......(but still guessing) that all of your customers are seeing the powerhammers which were made pre-CU and got transferred over with a 104 SAC. Unfortunately, melee weapons got the shaft on SAC in the CU and you would just have to do some experimenting on SAC in both the reinforcement core and the final product just to match the demand of 105 SAC.
I do believe that in time, people will start to realize that a lot of the weapons they have been seeing are from pre-CU and just get wise and start using SAC powerups and endorphine injections and just take what they're given. Just explain to your customers about the pre-CU components and transitions etc.....Recommend that they get the buffs and powerups so that you can make them a weapon that hits much harder so you can exp more in damage than SAC.

Ok that makes sense
I've played around with options to lower the SAC on those hammers before (dumping everything in the sub into SAC then Speed / then damage and SAC on final) and in all honesty REALLY was not satisfied with the end result.
I'm perfectly willing to stock a "low ham" edition but in all honesty I think in the end his damage / DPS will win out over SAC. You would just have a longer "cool down" time between specials vs lots of specials and very little damage.
Is my logic flawed here?
