Hello folks.. I've been looking for where to find these new schematics... Anything would be of help. I've tried looking for a post in here that told me, but I am having a hard time finding any info on this whatsoever...
Would appreciate if you could help, or at least point me to the post where it is mentioned. Thanks a bunch.

Well they are non-craftable, RoTW & a quest is needed for 90% of these unavailable weapons. They are loot not schems and are bio-linked to whoever uses them first I believe.
