Its a matter of preferance. I have found that some people look for High DPS..Some Low SAC. AS a WS I make weapons for both types of desire. As a BH as well. I go for a weapon thats a fair balance between the two. I custome make my weapons for my BH of course, but if I didn't, I would look first for fiar balance, then Low SAC. I need to fire my weapon as much as possible. I can counter the damage with a Damage PUP. But if the desire is a damamge weapon, then it can be countered with a Action pup. Do some experimenting and come up with what works for you.

From what I hear its high Damage and low SAC. The DPS is just a formula(I forget the actual formula) and sort of eye candy. Sure it will tell you if one weapon is better than another sort of but it doesnt tell the whole story.
I try to put out the best possible weapon for my customers. There are times when I coudl max the DPS out and make it look real high but I throw extra points into SAC knowing that you cant slice SAC and it gives an overall better weapon.

The best is to line up the weapon perfectly to fit the 1.08% slice within caps, but just barely.
crank that min as high as it'll go in the crafting process such that it still allows the sac to become low enough to allow the yielder to use a dmg pup in any situation. with the BH loot dropping atm, the -8 sac hits, this should be simple. you should be able to get a carbs min up to about 500, rifles to 550 and a pistols.. well just try your best but it aint going far. hint: use the formfits in the stock slot, or the bh stocks once their fixed.
a +dmg/+spd pups damage bonus depends only on the min stat, and now that you've cranked it by 60, you've just cranked the max by an addition 60dmg*0.33dmgpup=20damage and gauranteed a really high min for those situations where your lvl/acc/whatever just aint up to par with whatever your trying to booyah.
this method is especcially effective for classes such as CM, DOC, SL, Ranger, and those without much acc.
