I got two toons, one a WS and another a Carbiner. Been on the mission to make myself the ultimate carbine. I noticed that with my SAC 73, I still needed a SAC pup. But with a SAC pup I never touched my action unless i get a mental speed buff.
Realised with some of the new components ive got an opperunaty, so I made this:
E11 MKII (Sliced)
Speed: 1.94
Damage: 457-1061
Acc: 58
Wound: 38%
Base DPS: 390
SAC: 80
Its an alrounder. Great but not maxed min damage. Near Max damage. Lower but not ultra low SAC. And very good speed.
I know DPS is a bit of a rubbish way at looking at things but Im getting a Mod DPS of 662 and none of that at the cost of the damage.

This is a "random" bug. Not all weapons are being converted to "Blast" damage. I've made a few that did not get converted.
Also, there's a hotfix in store which will FIX weapons which have incorrect values such as Blast damage so be sure to hang onto it if it does show as blast dmg.

Ive used the carbine, it works - it does say blast on the weaponbut doesnt display any damage type. There doesnt seem to be any detriment or benefit from this. Dev said they will fix it anyhow.

If you used a looted Scope then that Carbine is currently worthless as it will be doing Blast damage.
