Thread: My first DE-10 Pistol.

Just wondering how others who have made the DE-10 have gotten theirs to turn out.

I used a +69 tissue and a yellow barrel with of course no stats showing.

The plumbum was fairly atrocious <33 CD but 920OQ.

Nice, 650 max after 33% slice and powerup. A machine for a speed capped pistoleer.

Only Pistoleer/BH Pistol3 Hybrid are speed capped.

Not bad. I have one on my wall that utilized a yellow barrel and +109 tissue. It's 143-397, 3.6 unsliced. I like it!

Or if they have like +22 pistol speed skill tapes. It seems like a common misconception that master pistoleers are speed capped when they are very much not, especially with a slower pistol like the DE-10 or Geo Sonic Blaster. At +74 pistol speed (gained at master pistoleer without master marksman), they need a 1.0 speed pistol to cap at speed with Stopping Shot.


It would be likea3 second wait between shots using Stopping Shot or Last Ditch if this pistol got a damage slice. As long as you get a good (ie high percentage) slice with this pistol, it'll be worthwhile for the vast majority of master pistoleers.

Thus why I said a speed capped pistoleer, not any pistoleer. Before I picked up Bounty Hunter to help, I only had +60 speed at master Carbineer. Even with +25 in tapes you can't speedcap a carbine.

Just plugged in the numbers though for a 33% dmg slice and Max/Min powerup on a pistoleer/smuggler who gets the tapes he needs to speedcap. 3900 DPS with last ditch. Ignoring AP, a stocked T21 doesn't even get that DPS with strafeshot.

After slicing. And this was only a 23% damage slice, too...30% would have been 503 max, 35% would have been 522.Made with a white barrel and +129 -.717 tissues - would have loved to use a yellow barrel, but we were impatient and figured that with these kind of tissues the damage added by a yellow barrel would have been trivial anyway


This belongs toa guildmate - he bought the tissues off of me and the rest of my gang of krayt hunters. I'd rather have kept them, but four million per person in the group for the set of eight tissues was very alluring to the rest of 'em. Also made a geonosian blaster with it that got a 31% damage slice and came out to 471 max.
