Could Somebody Please give me a Link to the Maximum and Minimum Stats a certain mineral could go
What be considered a grind material and a high quality resource material ?

look in www.swgcraft.com they had some links on max and min limits.
BUT you need to understand that while some metal might be UBER for one class for other class it could be useless
One copper that have 1000 condition 1000 overal quality , 1 Shock Resistance are Holy Grail for Weapon Smiths that make range weapons but it is junk to Armor Smiths because they need both Shock and OQ att same time etc. you understand what i mean?
