T21 Rifle with Stock
7.2 speed and 418 Max Damage. (best that Ive ever seen on my server for a stock T21 without tissues)
Vibro Knuckler
2.1 Speed 151 Max Damage (best Knuckler Ive ever seen that is made from metals with no npc adds)

being a MW and MS i don't know the speed and dam before the slice, as i slice every weapon as soon as i make it. But i have made VK's with 190 max and 2.2 speed. Also a kyrat jawa with something like 370 max, don't remember the speed on that. Also i have made one vk with 1.2 speed and 144 max.

3.4speed 357max damage Stun Baton unsliced using +264 acklay bones. The person I gave it to went off and had I think a 32% damage slice on top of that.

Mines a power hammer that was 707 max with 5.9 speed unsliced and got to be 919 max with a 30% dmg slice =).

CDEF pistol. 50 max damage 2.5 speed. Don't even need a cert to use it.

I make some fine survival knives.

370 max dmg stun baton! - 6 of them unsliced.
guy bought in some 278 max dmg acklay bones.
I believe he is going to sell one on the Bria trade forums sometime.
He got a few dmg slices too .

A T-21 396 Max, 5.2 speed no slice. Never could do it again, best after that was 5.7 speed. Still have them for sale!

That thing is crazy, I have bad luck with slices, personally never get slices over 27-30% for weapons, armor I have the best of luck with 35-40% slices almsot constantly.

I'd have to say that Perfect Scatter is one of my best pistols. Fwg5 of doom is up there, but I know I have custom made some that went over 400 after slice. Burninator (awesome flamer) I heard got a nice 30% dmg slice but I dont have a pic of that one post-slice.
