I was just wondering what it would take to make the best possible scythe. By best i mean the hightest damge andfastest speed. Im not a ws so i really have no idea but i want a good one. So thks.

Two words: Exceptional Cores.

WS crafted cores with Solids and good yellow cubes will have good damage, but the speed is restricted by the resources. Nice loot drop cores have appeared with really nice speeeds.

Crafted-core scythes will see the speed drop to about 2.6. Maybe 2.5 but that's probably the cap.
