So does the rare componant, written in yellow have any special effects???

Hmm, I thought i've had them on quite normal cubes...i'll have to double check my inventory, thx

White cubes have no stats but could potentially still be designated by yellow due to the loot table giving them better than normal mods which of course don't exist and thus, don't show up which could lead to confusion.

Yellow cubes are base 10/10.

People have found (exceptional) tagged clasps and even a headwrap that was (exceptional) but had no mods at all.

I believe it just signifies it is in aset.

Ive sold krayt tissue for ages and have seem many max 30 sets -- some have 1 yellow cube others do not -

In sets usually just one of them is yellow. This is for krayt tissue

Dropped weapons yellow means it has an extra ability.

At least for right now on Lowca, if you loot multiples of the same items, one of them will have a yellow name and the rest will be white. They all have the same serial numbers, so they *should* all be the same.

this is your answer. when the tissues are looted only 1 will have yellow, but all the stats are the same. so if you loot 7 tissues 1 will be yellow and the rest are identical to this yellow one but are in white. they all should be yellow but when you loo them only 1 will be. Hope that answers your question. this applys for all the loots that are looted in more then 1 at a time. the lots are all the same but only have 1 as yellow.

If I recall, if the name of the item is in Yellow, that means it is of exceptional quality.

It means they are above baseline stats, such as +30 max damage, -.3 speed krayt tissue. If the tissue is better, one of the tissues will be a brighter yellow than the rest. There is nothing significant about that particular piece as compared to the other identical serial numbered pieces.

Val are you sure that these are +30 -.3 tissue? I have looted hundreds and hundreds of tissue and never remember getting one with base damage and base speed have a yellow letter one in the set. However every time the tissues have either better speed or better damage speed mod the First tissue in the loot will have yellow letters denoting this.

A while back the devs added this feature to help tell base line stuff from somehow above average stuff when looting.
