I have studied very carefully on skills and products of Weaponsmith/Master Artisan. I am going for Master Weaponsmith

Okay here are 5 items that is avaiable once you hit Master Artisan.

===================================================
Weaponsmith - Intermediate Melee Weapons Crafting
- Lance

Weaponsmith - Expert Firearms Crafting
- SG82 Rifle

Weaponsmith - Master Firearms Crafting
- Spraystick

Weaponsmith - Master Weaponsmith
- Tangle Pistol

Weaponsmith - Master Melee Weapons Crafting
- Stun Baton
====================================================

I have tried Rifleman , I know SG82 Rifle can be nice sometime with sliced by Smuggler in early development of marksman rifle column. I do not know about rest of those.

I am novice weaponsmith and would like to know about those products and help me determine if it is really worth the time, resources and experience invested in Master Artisan. I am really reluctant to invest in Master Artisan. Currently i am 4.4.4.4 with out Master Artisan.

Originally I planned on just 4.4.0.4 and go for Master Weaponsmith without realizing that I would be missing those 5 items thus I cant craft those.

Can you tell me if each of those item are really worth crafting? Also can you give me the (average) stats of each item ? Also if there are other skills I should consider then let me know.

Another note : I am not willing to try smuggler for slicing purposes. takes up too much points away from fighting class that I want. Smuggler use up one column in Brawler and another column in Marksman. Not appealing to me. FYI

Anyway - Thanks in advance for any helpful tips!

Ask a friend to make you a schem or buy the in bulk, theres a great vendor on Flurry that does Power Conditioners by 25/50/100/250/500/1000 all for really cheap

nope ive been master ws for 8 months now without master artisan and im doing fine. just have a master artisan make the schematic for you and your set.

you'll probably need the power conditioners the most for stun batons.. people hardly use lances and tangles. well atleast on my server.

I have a guildie who makes me a schem of whatever Artisan parts i need, so i dont need it. Get in a guild if your not in one, and most of the time tehre is a M.artisan in it

I wouldn't say you "need" it, but I like to have it for the simple fact of making components without having to go seek outside help and worry about uses left. As they said you can always have somebody make you a schematic but its much easier if your like me and have a farm way outside town to just make the stuff and not worry aboutit. Not to mention for the few extra points you can sell vehicles.

Oh and the SG82 is a very nice rifle if you Krayt it, i use mine quite a bit at the DWB on the Wraiths and Boss's they have low cold resist but don't sell well at all. Stun Batons are big sellers as are Spraysticks.

Weaponsmith doesn't really need Master Artisan for most weapons. Having at least 4400 can be useful for powerups and stuff. I am Master Artisan because I need all that good stuff for DE, crafting vehicles is useful, and I'm a merchant. So pretty much I have it all mastered except the Arts tree (I need surveying) so might as well master because those points can't really be useful in any other prof.
