Thread: How large has the increase been with the new higher SR resources for Melee weapons?

This is for the WS on the few servers that got non-ferrous metals that broke the prevoius SR cap. How much better have you VKs, PHs, and LVAs become?

I don't know about increases, but I can tell you that it's been very valuable as a newly mastered weaponsmith trying to set up shop. On Tempest, we had a copper shift in with 815 SR. That's not alot over the previous cap of 800, but it's been enough to let me make weapons with "normal" stats for our server without being around long enough to stockpile good resources.
For example, my VK's are comming out at 147 damage, which from what I've seen is the standard Master weaponsmith VK. The platinite copper that I'm currently using for the blade units has a UT of around 730 (don't remember the exact number). Using the best normal SR copper I have (745) my VK's come out to 143 max damage. Using to 815 SR copper, I'm able to produce the 147's and properly compete in the market.

The cap breaking coppers are going as high as 998 for SR. I know Valcyn has a 985SR copper. I'm not sure which the other servers that have similar stats are. But I have noticed some Valcyn WS's dumping melee weapons at cheap prices.

Flurry's new copper is 99SR higher than the previous best copper. That 99SR gave me 4 more damage on power hammers

It gave me about 8 points of damage on my PHs, at I time i was beating ^

On Valcyn with out new copper I can get a standard VK to 150 though I believe some have seen 151 - 152

I had 146 VKs they went to 147 the current cap. My vbus are the same stats as the ones listed in one of the posts as what a MWS shud be able to achieve.

Bloodfin got some 916 SR copper. Raised damage on my VK's by 2 and PH's by 5.

Scylla 's new copper is 869 SR seems low compared to other servers but my hammers went up 2 pts so there 472 max dam preslice and my vk's went up 1 pt to 148 max dam preslice. I 'm hoping we get over 900 SR on scylla sometime , would be nice
