Thread: DAMN Nice Grenades! These things good for PVP?

Im a Weaponsmith and have been so for some time now. I am curious as to whether these things would be good in PVP. I whipped them up out of some nice Acklay venoms this morning.


Glop Grenade


395 -6742 DMG


Cryoban Grenade


335-6410 DMG


Its a pitty that they dont really have specials to use if yer a Commando for these lil guys. I wonder how they'd be in PVP?

would probly be nice VS Jedi, them having no mitigation or armor

Get them sliced, and put a Grenade Damage Powerup on them....


10k damage.



Sure, knock off 75% for PvP, and it's *still* 2500 with a single grenade.



Scary....

You forgot the composite armor with 80-ish acid resist and light AP...

However the sucess rate of hitting a jedi with a grenade is really low

it all depends on the accuracy. if they weren't experimented way up on accuracy, then you'll likely not hit anything with them in PVP

oh u will use. citrus cake and maybe 25+ throw wep acc AA.
then kd the jedi down and nuke him.

Fantastic weapons. My advice is sit on them till after the combat upgrade. There they will really shine. Yes slice and powerup them aswell.

Those are very nice but from a PvP point of veiw not that great. Remember that you can't use specials with them, I can hit for almost 9k using specials with a regular weapon and that barely makes a scratch when PvPing. 75% reduction plus 90% armor resistance plus 60%PSG kinda nulls most things. I bet they could ruin the day for some unsuspecting durni though.lol
