Thread: Krayt dragons?

I have visited the krayt graveyard, and interestingly enough, I found no krayt dragons, only a mess of bones. Where are the ACTUAL krayt dragons at, or are there special requirements to see them in the graveyard?

Second day in game I ran into one inbetween Jabba's and Bestine... No idea about the graveyard thou..

Last night, my group camped the Krayt Graveyard for over an hour and didn't see a single krayt. Is the graveyard bugged since the patch? Anyone have suggestions on other places to find krayts?

I'm gonna post up on the Ranger forum aswell but...
Just wondering if anyone in here knows anything about these damn things.
For instance are they random spawns?
Are they always in the same place?
Went out and looked for it in the graveyard Friday night and there was nothing for over two hours, so I went and got the Scythe mission to get the feel of killing one. The three of us that were out there worked it a lot faster than I thought it would and no real dmg was done to us.
So are the real ones anything like this let down? or...
Also what is the deal with the Irolunn Reactive Gas on Lowca? Last spawn was 63OQ or something horrible like that. I just ran out of Decewoth with 953OQ and I hope the next spawn isn't as much of a let down as good ol' 63 there.

Krayt Dragons are random spawns that spawn in the area of the Krayt Graveyard. They will usually spawn about 2 at a time depending on their level and you can get a cuple spawns from the same area. Most servers have some kind of "Krayt City"or "Mos Krayt" set up in the area for those hard core krayt hunters. Finding them can be a pain. The area they spawn in is way bigger then the rangers tracking ability and they don't spawn too often either, you can wait hours and not get nothing. Some believe though that killing the random spawns of other creatures helps to spawn one but I have never noticed a difference. Then, when you are lucky enough to find a spawn, look out and be ready for some heavy hitting. If there is already some people there(which there usually is) then you are going to have to out damage them for a chance at the loot. However, if you are lucky enough to find one and nobody is around, be prepared for a good fight, you are going to be getting the full damage of this beast.

try killing everything you see spawning. when our guild would do this we would have a krayt spawn faster. kill crap for 10 minutes get a krayt spawn
