how do i craft the high lvl weapons as a master i respec'd into it and i stand next to a crafting station but i still wont let me make high lvl weapons like the advaced laser rifle plz help

p.s i am using the correct crafting tool

You need to stand by a private crafting station, a public one won't allow you to make anything with complexity higher than 25.

Public stations are found in NPC cities, private ones are onwed by players and are found inside peoples houses. You'll probably want to buy your own if you're gonna be a crafter.
