Thread: best weapon for tka since cu

Hello,
Im a tkm and was wondering if any of u weaponsmiths know what the best weapon for tkm is now post cu. I have tried to look on the tka forums but there seems to be alot of confusion there on the subject. As soon as i find out i need to find out where to buy one...but i will post that on the bria trade forums....just trying to find out what to get....my vk i used post cu sucks now. thanks.

Most of the craftable TK weapons were gimped. VK's are now only lvl 14. The Highest lvl knuckler I know of is the Katarn Knuckler, which as mentioned is a quest/loot weapon. I don't know much more than that.

Blasterfist is the best possible crafted... but the Katarn Knuckler (loot) is better in almost every aspect than the best of the Blasterfist.

the blast fist is cl40 weapon and doesn't require certification so anybody can use it.. it can be ehanced with krayt but because it's cl40 there's not much ya can do even with best tissues. don't even consider it as a TKM weapon since it does energy damage and can be used by anyone...

I looted a Sayormi weapon that looks like knuckler that had a base DPS of 130 soemthing or another. So if you can't get your hands on the new katarn knuckler you might be able to go kill some of those sayormi witches, monks, and warriors and get something useful. I think the weapon required Novice TK to use...

thanks for the help....starting to realize the best thing for me is dropped stuff. Now i just need to find out where katarn, necrosis, and some of these others are so i can go kill them for the drop....anyone know?
