11 Krayt tissues are required to make a Krayted T21
some stocks are better than what the normal crafter can make.. If you have some stocks and want t21's made from then.. go ask your local smith to make it for you.
Weapon Scopes cannot be put in a T21. I know it's a rifle, but there is no scope slot... so that can't be enhanced at all
Rifle barrels .. there are some rifle barrel loots out there that can greatly enhance the weapon. I don't suggest buying these.. If you've looted them.. give them to your local weaponsmith and ask him to make the T21 for you from those barrels IF they are better than what he/she can make.
Resources change, we burn resources as we make good stuff.. but the good stuff can't last forever, so that crappy barrel this year might be the best thing 5 months down the line... we just don't know.

A friend of mine got as quest reward from the Rebel Theme Park, 3 'high velocity blaster pistol barrels' (though since technically these are laser weapons, I'd like to see a low velocity versus high velocity beam of light but hey). They are +27/+27/-0.72 - can't recall the rest of the stats but decent on the ranges. Not too bad an extra kick for a blaster based pistol. So maybe no blaster rifle barrels, but definitely seen for pistol barrels.

I've been looking for High Velocity Blaster Rifle Barrels (HVBRBs)since the patch was released, and I haven't seen hide nor hair of them. I've been able to buy form-fitting stocks, HVBPBs, HCPPBs and HCPRBs (even HVFMs)off the bazaar, but not HVBRBs. I've advertised to buy them for considerable sums, but no takers. I haven't heard of anyone in this forum, or on the Corbantis trade forums, ever talk about using one in a weapon. Nor have I ever seen one for auction (and you can bet that if someone got one from the themepark, they'd be trying to auction it for 8 gajillion credits). Therefore, it's my belief that HVBRBs do not exist.
Maybe they are supposed to, but it's broken somehow and they are never given out. Maybe they're ultra rare rewards and the one kid who got them thought they were junk and destroyed them. I don't know, but I would love to have one so I could make a T21 using a form fitting stock and a HVBRB to make up for the extra ten points of damage. Now that would be a sweet rifle.

Well first off T21 dont take scope, and IMO precision scopes from themepark suck anyway
