I bought one for a Master Weaponsmith friend and he claims it doesn't make a difference and gave it back to me. (grr) Can anyone confirm this tool actually works (the +5 +3 +5 one).

How do you get this thing? You have to find pieces for a Master Tailor to assemble right?

I got the schematic from Mon Mothma. Heavy duty clasps were kind of a pain to get to make it though.

I have one and the weapon experimentation bonus definately works. Remember it only gives +3 experimentation though so you still need another +7 from other SEA's to get the extra experimentation point.
