I was wondering how good of a lazer carb be with 4 91 max damage tissues -.3 speed pluse a good scope and stock.

Im not on your server, but i would say it should be in the 390 - 410 range depending a bit on what kind of resources your server has one of mine using the resources i have would be 407 - 409 (this is max btw not min max)with 3.6 - 3.7 speed
your best bet is to go to the smith you plan on using ot make it and have a look what the stats on his reg laser carbs are and add 91 on damage and subtract .3 on the speed
