I heard somewhere rancor teeth were bugged or something.

1. Are they really bugged?

2. If there not bugged do they work on vibro knucklers?

3. If there not bugged what kinds of rancors drop them?

They're not bugged, they just suck. They replace a sword core instead of going into an enhancement slot, and the standard teeth have worse stats than the sword cores. They're worthless unless you get a yellow-name loot drop with significantly better stats than normal.

No, only things that take swords cores.

Rancor enhancement are sucky at best, my advance sword core are Wwwwaaayyyy beter then those teeth...

well the person who said the advanced cores are wayyyyyyyy better is 100% accurate...............ive heard of some sort of nice enhancements for vibro knucklers that u loot from the nyms on lok.........i myself havent had this enhancementi mentioned but its what i hear............ask a few combat classes if they ever looted such an item.............cant hurt to ask ............

the rancor teeth are looted from bull rancors only to my knowledge............could be wrong though..........

Mine sit on +43 min/+43 max -0.63 speed.

Note, if the speed mod on a component (e.g. rancor tooth) doesn't have the negative sign in front of it, it actually slows the weapon down by the displayed amount.

The only tooth I ever saw was brought to me and was +5 min/ + 50 max +1.0 speed. So at the loss of 1.63 speed over my cores as well as 38 min damage we're looking at a +7 max damage profile.

Unless you can find a tooth that adds like +200 damage or is significantly faster than the cores, they are pretty much complete trash.

got some today that are -.909spd, +20 min damage +83 max damage.

I had some +134 max dmg ones, speed and ham cost were sucky but they sold really well
