I have posted on my own server, but felt that providing this ad in a forum dedicated to true professionals who may only read this one particular forum because of their desire to increase knowledge and become the best, might get results faster. Sorry, but this forum issimiliar to TV, if you dont like whats on change the channel and ignore, by responding to it and providing negative feedback, you waste your time and thus are causing the exact reaction that you are trying to avoid by asking me not to post here. So I while I understand your response, it's like cutting off your nose to spite your face...
B. If a human master artisan, master ws with an abundace of skill tapes uses 999 OQ materials, stats higher than 33% can be achieved; so I suggest that it might be you that should spend your extra time doing research as opposed to trying to achieve climax using a combination of your maternal parents unmentionables and your dermatologist prescribed acne cream.
Perhaps you would find out, that it is Artisans that build Powerups and not Weaponsmiths. Weaponsmithing has nothing to do with crafting Powerups, so shut up insulting helpfull weaponsmiths.

It doesn't matter how many skill points/tapes you have. If I experiment a powerup to 99.9% effectiveness using 999 OQ materials it will be a 33% primary mod. Getting there takes 10 skill points, and you can't go over 99.9% experimentation effectiveness, which leaves me with 1 left over, you CANNOT experiment any higher. If I had 12 skill points I would just have 2 skill points left over. Therefore 33% is the highest you can go no matter what.
And also, as said earlier, it is not a weaponsmith item, its an artisan item, so post in their forum. And if you ask for one that is higher than 33% you are just going to tick off everyone in that forum as well. Maybe you should try being an artisan yourself, then you can actually know what you are talking about.
