grind it out like everyone else does?

There is no "quick/easy" road to MWS. No gungan head statues for this profession.

BTW, take a lot of resources. Expect to use at the very least 600k worth of steel

600k LOL god i wish, unless steel is very cheap on your server. The best i can normally find is 3cpu. You need about 450k of steel from novice to master, it will cost you about 1.3mil to 1.5mil in steel. On most servers ive been on.
