And what kind of bonus does add a scope or a stock to a rifle for exemple ?

you can scope almost any gun (besides a couple)
you can stock almost any rifle / carbine (besides a couple)
Scope == more ideal range, or more wound, at a HAM cost (however, on regular scopes this can be experimeneted to 0/0/0 extra HAM)
Stock == more damage (as much as 40 min and 40 max), or more ideal range, at a HAM cost, and Attack Speed cost (attack speed cost ranges between 1 second slower and about 0.2 seconds slower)
