The genosian dungeon is still locked down. supposedly you will be able to loot it and DXR6 Rifle schematic there...just have to wait till the next mini-publish

Genosan lair wasn't in the patch.

Yeah the lair is there. It is out on yavin 4 but it is locked. There is another post about it where I provided the waypoint.
