Just because we weaponsmiths can make better doesnt mean those are useless,,,,,, they are pretty decent for LOOTED parts though....the min damage is higher then what WS make, the speed and max are a little low compaired to made ones though.

If you were on my server I would use them in an order if you asked, thus saving you about 1200 credits per handler in the weapon since you provided them yourself........ so its save a little and have a less powerful handler or pay a lil more and junk them

Any master weaponsmith can make better adv power handers with 20 min, 40 max, speed (dont remember but it faster then what u got) what i making. So the min damage is good, max damge bad and the speed is low. 5 power hander in the rifle.
