Not really.


In a sales mode..... it would take the place of a DH17 Shortie for Low Hammin BHs or Carbineers. For 10 more HAM, you get a great range discount, light armor piercing... and a DOT!

Made a few of these-- Causes 150 Bleed Damage to Heath-- 60s duration with 9000 uses.
