i heard in vibro knucklers,and i also heard they werent worth using.all the weaponsmiths tell me on ahazi dont bother the cons outweigh the pros

I tried today, they do not work in VKs 
Somoene corerct me if I am wrong, but it seems that they act as a Sword Core

Rancor teeth are replacements for sword cores. So curved swords, swords andrykk blades. The bile soaked teeth generally don't have very good Min/Max values, and the HAM is rather high. With good materials, I can make a better sword with an Adv Sword Core than the teeth I've seen.

Yet another worthless loot component. The damage is actually a bit higher than I can push sword cores I think (maybe I'm wrong...can't remember), but the nasty range mods, the increase in delay (crafted have reduction in delay), and the really nasty ham make them icky. Basically, it'll create something that hits does a little more damage when it hits, but it'll hit less, and overall DPS will be lower.
You'd think that they'd make rancor teeth worth using since they put them in the stinkin' game...
