Yes those are a very good bone, but to use it, will need to drop it in your house, submit a ticket to CSR with loc of your house, so they could go in and reverse the stats on it. If you were to use it as it is, min>max damage would result in illegal weapon, so just wait and have them reverse the stats for you.
