is 20/40 the highest you can make a Adv Power Blaster Handler?? It is what i currently make but was curious if spending extra money to better one of the resources was worth it.

That particular part of that thread, while very useful, is just as it say, a reference. I would imagine that some server might have resources, with a bit of luck added, to make a more powerful handler. While i cant guarantee this is the case, on the flip side, niether does that thread claim that those are the absolute best stats on said components.

be nice if they could make a forum worth a sh*t... every spacebar i hitwas posting... what ever, sorry for that but back to my first point. My advph come out as 21/42 -.42 and my crafting day advph came to 22/44 -.44... so if you can better even one of your resources it can make a dif.

theoretical high point of abph is 25-50 -0.5 spd, i also make em 20-40 -0.4, its at 80% exp, if you get 1000 on the stats required you can get the theoretical 25-50, -0.5 spd
