Thread: Scythe Questions Add this one to the pile

Hey all. I just got master weaponsmith and a Scythe Schematic. Now I hear all this talk about the Geo Cubes and sword cores so here is my problem. The Scythe calls for 2 identical Geo sword cores from a factory crate. Is there a schematic for these that I have to pick up as well? I have about 10 - 12 looted sword cores with the 25/25 and I have 6 of the geo power cubes, green.
My questions are:
What are the ratings of power cubes/how many different colors/Yellow I take it is the best?
Is/Where do I get the Geo Sword Core Schemtic?
And is there anyone on Flurry willing to sell me enough of the GOOD metal so I can make 2 of these blades?
Carbonite Steel & Phrik Aluminum (as if you wouldn't already know, heh heh).
Any info will help!

Well, before someone yells at you and tells you to search the forums or read the stickies, I'll try to answer your questions.
4 cube types: white=base, green=increased condition, yellow=increased damage, red=decreased HAM. "Best" is subjective and your best may be a better condition, whereas my best may be lowered HAM. So use the cube that makes the best weapon for you or your customer. Additionally if you are going to make your own sword cores toput in the scythe, try to obtain some solidifying agent, it's an enhancement that can increase the damage/condition.
The sword core schematic can be looted in the Geonosian cave.
You don't necessarily have to use crafted sword cores. If 2 of those looted cores have the same serial number, you can use those in the creation of your scythe, but imo, I'd try to find better than the 25/25 ones if you can.

MUCH better than 25/25. 95% or more of the geonosian sword/reinforcement cores I've looted have been crap...I like playing around with high-speed reinforcement cores provided that their damage is still decent, since you can get some nice high speed (5.0 base, with a -.884 core) hammers from them, but the only core I've ever worked with that was looted and was REALLY worth putting into the thing was a 66-69 -1.12 exceptional reinforcement core. Made a very nice, very fast hammer that happened to get a 31% damage slice as well.
