I have a WS Bandolier
+ 5 Assembly
+ 3 Experimentation
+5 Repair
I have read that only the First highest # will take effect (+5 Assembly)
But when I put the bandolier on the stats increase on my toon.
Weapon assembly10 / +15
Weapon experimentation10 / +15
Weapon repair 0 / +5
Are all the added bonuses working or only the +5 Assembly
Thanks

You're not quite right.
With SEAs (Skill Enhancing Attachments), only the highest works.
With Items (like th Bandolier) they *all* work.

Just do NOT add any WS tapes (exp/assembly/repair) or they will be lost or overwrite.

So even though it's only a +3 experimentation, we will geta +5 bonus to experimentation?

No, it's still a +3.
If you have a looted item or one of the crafted toolkitswith bonuses already in it, they all work.
In the case of tapes or armor attachments with multiple bonuses, only the highest one will stick, unless you use a procedure documented somewhere on the forums which can negate the highest bonus.

I take this as +3 experimantation points...but that didn't work for me. Is it just +3 to the roll?

It's +3 to your weapon experimentation skill. At master smith, you have 100 points. You get 1 experimentation point per 10 experimentation skill points. If you can get +10 in tapes/bandoliers then you get one extra point of experimentation.

It was my understanding with Skill tapes that if you put multiple tapes of the same skill (ie 3 Experimention Tapes) then in that case only the highest would apply.
But if you you have 3 diffent tapes (ie 1 experiention 1 repair 1 2h accuracy) then all 3 would apply.
just my 2 cents

OK, here's how it works. Say you have a tape:
Weapon Experimentation +3
Dodge +5
Foraging + 1If you were to put this in an shirt with four sockets, you'd end up with a shirt having Dodge +5. The lower two would be lost. That's what is meant by "sticking". The highest value Dodge "sticks" while the others are lost.
There is a way to eliminate the top value, and that's by having a piece of clothing with the top value already exceeded. If you were to find a Dodge +6 tape and insert it into the shirt first, the shirt would then have a Dodge +6 and three open sockets. You then put in the tape above. Since there is already a value in the shirt larger than what is in this tape, it will skip it and go to the next highest value. In this case a +3 Weapon Experimentaiton.

And yes, if you use multiple tapes, you get the highest value from each tape.
