Easiest is Architect, you can do it in a few hours if you have the resources.

this doesnt really have to do with weaponsmith but alot of weaponsmiths i know have done other crafting profs too so: what is the easiest crafting prof to do? i gave up on weaponsmith (i know, terrible will power) and still want to see if there is another crafting prof out there that i wont have to spend a month grinding. if not, oh well lol.

Tailor is easy too, it took me 2 evening sessions (not a hardcore gamer here) watching movies, basically took 3 movies and a few minutes to master.
architect would be bigger $$$ tho
I believe chef is about the same as tailor.
the hard ones are AS, WS (if you don't have what it takes to make heavy warheads), and of course DE.

accualy DE you can do in less than 3 days jus do adv chasis, 2 resources and about 400xp each. can zoom through that fast.

Architect can be ground from novice to master in under 45 mins if you have the resources available.
Grind structure modules (500 exp) to construction 1, then do gun gun head statues (5 or 6k exp each if i am not mistaken) until master.
