i keep hearing about all these new weapons that come out with Pub 10. Does anyone have any certain information on this? Or perhaps a link to information?

I believe that you might be thinking of the combat rebalance. When we get to see the fabled "Razor Knucklers" (Heat Damage...) Made with a looted NS Vibro Motor...

I don't have any first-hand knowledge of any kind actually. People ingame keep saying Pub10 has new weapons. Have had quite a few comments in the past week.
Thanks for the thought though.

There was about4 pistols, 4 carbines, and two wookie melee weapons (sword and lance..ornate looking) found in the .tre files. Shortly afterward the pictures were posted on the pistoleer forum including the cybernetic arm. During a Stratics Chat session with one of the Devs within the last month, he was asked about them. He dodged the question and said that the cybernetic arms are gonna be cool. It is assumed that they are gonna come out before the expansion, but who knows for sure. The pistols looked ok, but the carbines looked sweet. The cyber arm lookedlike the arm of the TK in the Masters of the Tera Kasi game for playstation. Hope this helped.

Thanks for the reply. I had suspected that the talk of new weapons with Pub10 was nothing more than rumors. Looking forward to JTL.
