Thread: do grenade experimentation CA's do anything or is it just another bug?

i looted a plus 8 CA grenade experimentation an put it in a shirt an equpied it with my demolishion belt then when i was going to make a few factory crates of c12's, during the experimentation i only had 10 points not the 11. i thought for every ten (10) in attachments you have on it was another point is this a bug or am i just to stupid to realize that these do nothing at all?
