What is the highest percent max dam increase you can get w/ a ranged weapon powerup? Just wondering. I'm bidding on a 450max DE-10 and I'm gonna want to put a custom order in to a weaponsmith to make me the most powerful powerups he can possibly make, so I wanted to go ahead and know what to ask for. Also, I prefer powerups and do max and min damage increases, but does increasing both max and min make the max lower than if it were max and something else other than damage?

On shadowfire i make 33.16% on all my max dmg for ranged weapons p-ups

of course there are also 2-3 more mods on all my pups besides the dmg

Well you should first understand that power-ups are made by artisans, not weaponsmiths. Slightly over 33%seems tobe the highest max damage to achieve, and just over 16% on the min as a secondary stat. Whether or not you have the min damage modifier is going to have no effect on the max damage, as they are completely different modifiers. Also, it doesn't matter how many experiement points the artisan has, as any 10 point artisan is able to max out power-ups. Hope this answered your questions.
