I was wondering if any of the WS here had crafted the Heavy Lightning Rifle on Test Center. It's a bounty hunter weapon that Tanks posted in the BH forum...sadly the SAC was 133 on the rifle and the speed 2.75 if I remember correctly. The DPS was 290 which wasn't that bad but the other two were pretty much shoddy. He said it wasnt made with good resources, so I was wondering if you guys had crafted one and if so, what stat's you'd gotten off one with good resources. THX.
