Thread: Is it 100 percent sure that laser rifles and t21's have the same damage cap?

my current t21 is 1184,is that the cap?

Yes. I know lasers cap at 1184. Someone posted that T21s do too.

and on most servers smiths have better resources for a adv. laser then a t21.

That kinda lame, considering it takes more krayt tissue for a t21, and you need to be a master rifleman...should have longer range or something

The biggest thing I've noticed about T-21's vs Adv Laser Rifles is just ... OHh .. hold your britches for this little daddy!
The Elemental and the Wound chance percentages is higher.......
Wow. Isnt that special?

I think if you look at the Rocket Launcher, DXR pistol and Carbine, Geo's and all those you will see the devs didnt give a darn about resource quantities, loot issues, and overall complexity at all when determining weapons performance.
Silly that the three best crafted pistols in game require either One bph or one feed mech, while lower tier, pretty much obsoleted pistols take far more.
They just slammed things in place with no thought as to complexity and crafting reqs, per SOE standard operating procedure.
