I don't know if anyone has tried this out, but before the new pub I repaired a decent amount of weapons and was getting minor blemishes on all of the attempts. I tried repairing five weapons last night for a friend and got four major condition reductions and one break. Maybe I was just lucky beforehand..../shrug.

To be honest. My weaponsmith suit consist of a +25 WS Exp Bando - +25 Weapon Repair Belt - +25 Weapon Assembly Gloves. The +25 Weapon Repair seems to help for me. I have almost always gotten minor blemishes. I don't know what it is.
