allrighty heres mine
S T O R M
496 - 1150 damage
2.55 speed
plus 17 accuracy
82 sac
330 base dps
elemental damage 40
which means, it beats cap of 1184 on lasers , this when added with elemental dmg is 1190 :0

thourght the sac cap was 100. If this is indeed true and not a typo, that is one amazing weapon.

thx and cap is 82 same as regular rifles, because its a master BH requirement, which is neat

so it has the damage cap of a plasma flamer, the sac cap of a rifle, its calculated speed seems close to rifles,

but which skill mods does it abide by? rifles? heavy weapons? or both
