Got some rancor bile, and one of the jars is yellow. Any reason? Im hoping someone would know in here.

YES. this means it is considered an "exceptional" loot item. Not that this makes the item exceptional in and of itself, but this does mean that it is above the BASE stats for that particular loot. It could be only 1-2 points higher or it could be 50 points higher, you will have to figure out what the base stats are for the particular loot you got in order to determine if your set is significantly better than baseline.

Not exactly true, it does mean it has higher than the "standard" base of the loot, but it doesn't make it 'exceptional' unless it has (Exceptional) at the end of the item name. I know what you mean though.

now the question is.. yellow or not, which items are actually BETTER than weaponsmith crafted? should I hold on to these normal rancor teeth? what about geonosian sword cores (also white, not yellow)...
