Hey guys, I am wondering how to bring the speed down on my stocks...

my t21s are about 174-403 (most on my server are 404 but im fairly new and dont have 21/42 only 20/41 power handlers)

but the biggest thing is, mine are 7.9 speed, while most are 7.5

I think it is due to my stocks...

Even with two amazings.... all i get is 40/40 -.625
