double scopes has been there for quite some time. It happens when you use the last scope of the crate. I believe it to be a leftover from before CU where you could costumize the weapons, now it tries to use both the default appearnce and the costumized scope ending up with this

From what I have seen they have been doing that before the publish.

Yep, any DL 44 XT's I have made with a scope come out with the scope in the handle and the extra barrel. If I don't use a scope they still come out with the extra barrell though. And I believe it is from the customization of weaps before the CU, because any scoped DL 44's I had from pre-CU are all like that
