maybe its just the resources on chilastra, but I find it incredibly easy to craft very nice HLRs (granted not dmg capped) with low level tissues.


once the server comes back up I may try to use some cells in an HLR... but for as many as it takes, I can make a killer ALR with less cells and probly much better results...
